SUMMARY
On December 18, 2013, the Director of Public Works received seven (7) sealed bids for the "Replacement and Repair of Curb and Gutter Citywide (STL398)" Project. The project is included in the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) No. STL398 and the annual Public Works Street Maintenance budget Fiscal Year 2013-2014 to remove and replace curbs, gutters, sidewalks, and driveways displaced by street trees at various locations within the City as listed in Attachment 1. The proposed resolution, if approved, would accept bids and award the contract for this project to Crest Equipment, Inc. in the amount of $189,733.75.
