SUMMARY
In an effort to address the needs of various departments and the City's workforce, the Human Resources Department, in conjunction with the affected departments, is proposing the reclassification of certain positions and the addition of two new classifications.

Additionally, staff is bringing forth an amendment to the Compensation Summary for Unrepresented Employees which reflects a reduction in the maximum taxable Cash Payment Option allowed for Executive and Senior Managers.
