SUMMARY
The proposed amendment to Municipal Code (CVMC) Section 15.04.018 relating to "Additional planning, design, construction and post construction requirements for all land development and redevelopment projects" will provide consistency with previously amended CVMC Chapter 14.20 and will incorporate, by reference; the City of Chula Vista Best Management Practice Design Manual "BMP Design Manual December 2015" approved by Council on January 12, 2016, Resolution No. 2016-003.

The activity is not a "Project" as defined under Section 15378 of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines; therefore, pursuant to State Guidelines Section 15060(c)(3) no environmental review is required. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the activity qualifies for an Exemption pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines.
