Environmental Notice
The proposed Project has been reviewed for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and it has been determined that the Project qualifies for an exemption pursuant to State CEQA Guidelines Section 15183 (Projects Consistent with a Community Plan or Zoning); Section 15332 (In-Fill Development Projects); and Section 15061(b)(3), because the proposed project would not result in a significant effect on the environment, create a cumulative impact, damage a scenic highway, or cause a substantial adverse change in the significance of a historical resource. Thus, no further environmental review is required.
