A. INTERVIEWS AND APPOINTMENT TO FILL FOUR VACANCIES ON THE PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION
On November 10, 2015, the following individuals received two or more nominations to be interviewed for the vacant seats on the Parks & Recreation Commission: Leticia Cazares, Alice Chaisongkram, Eric Chaisongkram, Thomas Doyle, Hector Fernandez, G. Michael German, Linda Navarro, Thom Nehring, David Olivera, Leslie Pham, Emmanuel Soto, and John Zarem.
B. SELECTION OF DATE AND TIME OF OPEN MEETING OR MEETINGS TO CONDUCT INTERVIEWS OF APPLICANTS FOR THE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION AND FOR THE LOCAL EDUCATION REPRESENTATIVE SEAT ON THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT COMMISSION WHO RECEIVED TWO OR MORE NOMINATIONS AT THE MEETING OF NOVEMBER 10, 2015, AND ALL APPLICANTS FOR THE SOUTHEAST AND SOUTHWEST TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE SEATS ON THE GROWTH MANAGEMENT OVERSIGHT COMMISSION

At the City Council meeting of November 10, 2015, the following individuals received two or more nominations and have been invited to interview for the current vacancies on the Parks & Recreation Commission:

The Council will also have the opportunity to select a date and time of meetings to conduct interviews for the Growth Management Oversight Commission and Civil Service Commission vacancies. Nominations for interviews for the Civil Service Commission and the Local Education Representative seat on the Growth Management Oversight Commission were made at the Council meeting of November 10, 2015. Fewer than four individuals applied for the Southeast and Southwest Territory seats on the Growth Management Oversight Commission, therefore all applicants for those seats will be interviewed at a date to be determined by the City Council.
