Background
At its meeting of December 16, 2014, the City Council voted to change the time of regular City Council meetings from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., with business items being heard beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Staff recommends the adoption of an ordinance to amend the Municipal Code changing the start time for regular City Council meetings to 4:00 p.m., as well as a resolution amending Council Policy 104-01 (Attachment 1), Order of Business at City Council Meetings, to specify that business items would be heard beginning at 6:00 p.m.
