SUMMARY
In accordance with the emergency provisions of Section 1009 of the City Charter, the services of TC Construction, Inc. (General Engineering Contractor License No. 402459) were secured for the repair of failed storm drain facilities located at 1515 Oleander Avenue. The emergency repairs were completed on March 26, 2015. This report presents the total expenditures for the repair.

Thus, no further environmental review is necessary.

BOARD/COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION
