City staff has provided a contract amendment with TBWB Strategies to extend services into FY16.

ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The Development Services Director has reviewed the proposed activity for compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and has determined that the activity is not a "Project" as defined under Section 15378 of the State CEQA Guidelines because it involves a governmental administrative activity consisting of the approval of an agreement for consulting services that will not result in direct or indirect physical changes to the environment.
