SUMMARY
This action authorizes the City Manager, or designee, to enter into lease agreements with Dell Financial Services for the City's Desktop Computer Replacement Program. It will also authorize the City Manager, or designee, to purchase future Dell, Inc. products utilizing the Naspo Valuepoint contract #B27160 which is a competitively bid contract. Additionally, this action will also authorize a budget transfer of $40,000 from the Information Technology Services FY 2015-16 Capital budget to the FY 2015-16 Supplies and Services budget.
