DISCUSSION
The ordinance presented on second reading includes amendments, as directed by the City Council at its meeting of December 6, 2016, and minor technical corrections.
Also attached are a redline/mark-up version of the ordinance showing the revisions from the first reading (Attachment 1) and the original staff report from the agenda of December 6, 2016 with additional details regarding the item (Attachment 2).
