SUMMARY
The Police Department has partnered with the Recreation Department to enrich the quality of life for inmates housed at the Chula Vista City Jail. This presentation will showcase the accomplishments and positive impact of the Life Enrichment Program. The costs of this program are completely funded by the Inmate Welfare Fund, resulting in no fiscal impact to the General Fund.
