ENVIRONMENTAL NOTICE

Environmental Notice

The proposed Projects qualify for a Categorical Exemption pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act State Guidelines pursuant to Section 15301 - Class 1 (Existing Facilities) and Section 15303 - Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small Structures).  Under NEPA, the activity is exempt pursuant to Title 24, Part 24 CFR 58.35 (a)(1) of the Code of Federal Regulations and pursuant to the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development Environmental Guidelines.  Thus, no further environmental review is required.
